Refund and Revision Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Each song is made just for you and can't be reused by others. Because of this, we don't offer refunds. However, we do provide free revisions. We are committed to working with you to ensure you are happy with the final result through our revision process.

Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it with no additional charges.
• If you cancel your order after this initial 1-hour period, a 10% service and processing fee will apply.
• The 10% charge applies before we begin any work on the song. Once we start work, including vocals or mixing, we cannot issue a refund.
• If your custom lyrics do not meet our guidelines, we will refund your order and will not commence work on your song.

Revision Policy

Music is highly subjective, and we understand that sometimes there may be aspects of the song that a customer doesn't enjoy. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis. Our promise includes delivering:

• High-Quality Recording: Our AI-generated audio files are produced with a focus on maintaining high quality. We aim for the best quality, but you might hear slight unnatural sounds due to the limitations of AI voice conversion. We will do our best to edit and re-record these parts.
• Ordered Length: Your song will meet the length you ordered.
• AI Voice Similarity: Our technology aims to closely replicate the voice of your desired singer. While we strive for a high degree of accuracy, the AI-generated voice may not be an exact match but a close approximation.
• On-Key Vocals: Vocals will be on key.
• Your Custom Lyrics: The song will include the custom lyrics as initially submitted.

If we fail to deliver on the above and you inform us within 1 week of the song's delivery, we will fix the issue at no charge.

Additional Revision Details

• Lyric Changes: Revisions do not include adding or replacing words in the initially requested lyrics. Any addition or substitution of words will incur an additional fee, as our singers need to be paid again to perform the requested lyrics.
• One-Week Revision Window: You have a one-week period following your song’s delivery to request your revisions. As long as you contact us within the one-week period, we will grant your requests, even if it takes us a little more than a week to complete the revisions. You are entitled to two revisions with every order.
• Timeless Tune Revision Plus: If you opt for the add-on at checkout, you get up to 5 revisions and the one-week time limit is removed, allowing you to request and review revisions at any time that suits you. Sometimes it takes a few rounds to address all concerns, and this allows you to make small changes like pronunciation adjustments, volume tweaks, and other refinements.
• AI Voice Model Retouching: If the AI-generated voice doesn’t closely match your desired singer's voice, we will refine the AI model.
• AI Voice Limitation: Please be aware that our AI voice technology may encounter difficulties in reproducing certain desired voices, especially when the available dataset is limited. This can occur if the only available songs feature extensive vocal mixing and the singer's original, unaltered voice is not accessible online. Despite these challenges, we are committed to matching and mixing the voice as closely as possible to your specifications.

While we use the best AI voice technology available and will make every effort to enhance accuracy, a 100% match may not always be achievable due to the complexities of AI voice replication. However, we commit to delivering the closest possible match and the highest quality result.
