Our store is hosted by Shopify, which also processes personal information as part of providing the Services.

3. Storage & Retention of Files

We store client project files on:

  • Google Drive
  • Local hard drives

We typically retain lyric sheets, project files, and final deliveries for quality assurance, potential revisions, and internal records. You may request that we delete your files at any time, and we will comply within a reasonable timeframe.

You may also request that we do not share your project publicly (for example, on social media or our website). We always honor such requests. In rare cases, files may be lost due to hardware failure or other technical issues, despite our reasonable efforts to maintain backups.

4. Audio & AI Training Policy

We do not use customer audio, lyrics, or project content to train AI models unless you explicitly request a custom AI voice model for your own use. We never sell, license, or repurpose your voice data or project content for other clients.

5. Freelancer Access

To complete your project, vetted singers and audio engineers may receive limited information, such as:

  • Your lyrics and project instructions
  • Your name (for personalization)
  • Your email address or phone number only if needed to deliver files or coordinate details

Freelancers do not receive your payment details or analytics data. All freelancers are expected to keep project information confidential.

6. Marketing, Analytics & Cookies

We use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Shopify Analytics, Zigpoll, and Omnisend to understand how visitors use our website, improve performance, and run advertising campaigns. These tools may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information about your device, browsing behavior, and interactions with our site.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails. Browser-level controls and ad settings on platforms like Google and Meta may allow you to manage certain tracking and ad preferences.

7. Trustpilot

We use Trustpilot to collect verified reviews about your experience with AI Music Service. To do this, we may share the following information with Trustpilot:

  • Basic order information (such as order ID)

Trustpilot uses this data to invite you to leave a review and to verify that the review is linked to a genuine purchase.

8. How Shopify Uses Your Information

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify collects and processes personal information in order to operate our online store and provide related services, including:

  • Enabling certain marketing and personalized advertising features

If you visit our website with a browser-based Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal enabled, we will treat that signal as a request to opt out of certain types of targeted advertising where required by law. Other than GPC, we do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
